How we work

Start small. Stop any time.

We start with one process, prove it on real cases, and only then take the next step. You own what we build at every stage.

The steps

Each step is scoped before it starts, and each one ends with something you keep.

  1. Step 0 · 30 minutes

    Free consultation

A short call about the work that costs you the most time, and an honest view of whether automation or a better site is the right fix.

Exit: You keep the notes. Nothing else is owed.

  2. Step 1 · A few weeks

    One-process pilot

We automate one process end to end on your tools, and run it beside your team on real cases before it touches a customer.

Exit: A working system, the code and the documentation. Stop here if that is all you need.

  3. Step 2 · Process by process

    Roll out

The next process, or the website, once the first one has earned it. Each step is scoped before it starts.

Exit: Step by step. No long-term lock-in.

  4. Step 3 · Month to month

    Keep it running

We monitor, fix and improve what we built, if you want us to. Alerts reach a person, not an inbox nobody reads.

Exit: Cancel any month. The accounts and code are yours.

What we need from you

How we communicate

Weekly check-in

Thirty minutes on a call. Decisions are written down the same day.

Written status every week

What shipped, what is next, what is blocked. Short enough to read.

A shared channel

Slack, Teams or email, whichever your team already uses.

Everything in your accounts

Code, configuration and documentation live where you can see them as they are produced, not delivered at the end.

Who owns the work

You do. The code, accounts, configuration and documentation are produced in your repositories and accounts and belong to you from the first day.

Tell us what you're trying to build

A 30-minute conversation about the work that costs you the most time. If automation or a new website is the right fix, we will say so; if not, we will say that too.
